Testing Capability

The microwave anechoic chamber is an important facility in our scientific research and production, mainly used for the analysis and measurement of antenna radiation characteristics. At present, we have three microwave anechoic chambers, namely the 21-meter microwave anechoic chamber, the 9-meter microwave anechoic chamber and the 5-meter microwave anechoic chamber, and our microwave anechoic chambers have been calibrated by the Metrology Laboratory of Xi'an Electronic Engineering Research Institute.

Our company's 9m microwave anechoic chamber has internal dimensions of 9m (length) × 6m (width) × 3m (height), with a frequency range of 2GHz to 220GHz, and it is mainly used for far-field measurements. The far-field test system consists of a two-dimensional turntable and a software test system.

Our company's 5m microwave anechoic chamber has internal dimensions of 5m (length) × 3m (width) × 3.5m (height), with a frequency range of 3GHz to 220GHz, and it is mainly used for far-field measurements. The far-field test system consists of a two-dimensional turntable and a software test system.

We have 1 set of planar near-field measurement system (effective travel of the scanning frame: 9m × 6m, frequency coverage: 0.8GHz - 40GHz), a 68-probe spherical field (frequency coverage: 0.4GHz - 8GHz), as well as 21m, 9m, and 5m anechoic chamber far-field test systems (with frequency coverage ranges of 0.5GHz - 220GHz, 2GHz - 220GHz, and 3GHz - 220GHz respectively). Additionally, there are 3 external test sites with test distances of 2000m, 300m, 30m, and 60m, covering a frequency range of 30MHz - 110GHz. The measurement dynamic range can reach up to 50dB, and the beamwidth measurement accuracy is as high as 0.02 (unit to be confirmed; beamwidth is typically in degrees °). Moreover, we are equipped with over 60 advanced testing instruments, including 40 vector network analyzers, 6 signal generators, 6 spectrum analyzers, 10 oscilloscopes, noise analyzers, frequency counters, power meters, 110GHz vector network analyzers, 320GHz spectrum analyzers, and 3mm wave signal generators. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
