2D Antenna-Feed-Servo Equipment for 3mm Waveband

 

The 3mm waveband 2D antenna-feed-servo equipment developed by Huasen Microwave offers flexible direction adjustment capabilities: it supports azimuth rotation from 0° to 360° and elevation angle variation from -30° to 90°. Equipped with motion control functionality, it features an angular velocity ranging from 0 to 60° per second (with 30° per second as the default) and a fine stepping of 0.1°, enabling stable and continuous movement.
In terms of precision, the equipment achieves a positioning accuracy of 0.05°, a north alignment/level adjustment accuracy of ≤0.1°, and a synchronization accuracy of ≤0.05°. These performance metrics fully meet the requirements for precise target acquisition and collaborative operation of multiple devices.

Ka-Band Automatic Tracking System

 

The Ka - band automatic tracking system developed by Huasen Microwave has an antenna aperture of ≤ 1.2 meters. It adopts a monopulse tracking system, enabling precise angle measurement and target tracking. For the satellite acquisition function, it supports both manual and automatic satellite - pointing modes to meet different operational requirements. The power supply complies with the AC220V electrical standard.

Our developed ultra-wideband monitoring antenna-feed system receives signals in the surrounding electromagnetic environment. It consists of an omnidirectional whip antenna, a composite antenna, a servo & turntable, and a receiving system.​

The composite antenna includes an adjustable horizontal/pitch servo mechanism and a radome. The whip and composite antennas receive signals; the servo & turntable controls the composite antenna's azimuth and pitch to capture signals from all directions, then sends them to the receiving system for processing and signal characteristic analysis.

X-band dual-polarized slotted antenna

The X-band dual-polarized slotted antenna designed and produced by our company is applied in phased array weather radar systems. It can achieve ±45° scanning, with a sidelobe level lower than 27dB, featuring fast scanning speed and strong tracking capability. The slotted antenna array is in a flat panel form, with a lower profile than traditional antennas. Dual polarization is realized through slotting on the narrow side of the rectangular waveguide and the wide side of the ridged waveguide, and the pointing error of the dual-polarized beam is within 0.1°, ensuring good resolution. Meanwhile, it has the capabilities of moisture resistance, salt spray corrosion resistance and mildew resistance, with strong environmental adaptability.
