Production Capacity
Our production department consists of 4 large production workshops and 12 teams, with a total production area of over 3,000 square meters.We employs more than 200 staff members, supported by an experienced technical and management team.
Our department is divided into a technical office, machining workshop, fitting workshop, and composite materials workshop. The technical office is responsible for the formulation and research of production processes.The technical office is responsible for the formulation and research of production processes. The machining workshop is equipped with advanced processing equipment and complete testing methods, including CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, EDM, slow wire cutting, medium-speed wire cutting, and general milling and turning machines, all specializing in manufacturing production lines.Our fitting workshop is capable of silver brazing, aluminum brazing, vacuum furnace aluminum brazing, TIG welding, arc welding, heat treatment, and spray painting. We have a comprehensive assembly capability for products and a unique processing technique for waveguides, with over 40 specialized waveguide fitters.




Our Manufacturing Department is equipped with professional composite materials and carbonyl iron production workshops.There are 3 process personnel and over 20 technical workers in total.It is engaged in the manufacturing of carbon fiber reflectors with diameters ranging from 400mm to 1800mm, with surface accuracy between 0.03mm and 0.15mm; as well as the production of radomes with sizes from 1m to 2.4m.
We can develop and produce high-loss carbonyl iron absorption materials, which can be customized into various shapes according to design requirements.These materials can be used as microwave absorbing materials for small power environments (≤5W) in the L-band, S-band, C-band, X-band, KU-band, Ka-band, and W-band. They are important components of waveguide small reflection matching loads, high-directional couplers, isolators, circulators, attenuators, Magic T, power dividers, combiners, small power terminal absorbing loads, traveling wave array antennas, and more.
